U.S. National Whitewater Center, Charlotte, North Carolina
Troop 608 is in the planning stages for trip to the U.S. National Whitewater Center.
When: Friday 25 June through Monday 28 June 2010
Return: Monday, 28 June 2010 Depart for Manassas (7 hr drive
Cost: Total cost at this time is approximately $100.00 per person
This man made facility offers a number of high adventure activities to include Whitewater
Rafting, Flatwater Kayaking, Climbing, Mountain Biking, and Zip and Mega Zip lines.
We are looking for an additional activity for the scouts on the second day in Charlotte. We
will camp at the McDowell Nature Preserve in Charlotte
