When: August 1 through August 7
Where: Camp Freedom base camp of the Heritage Scout Reservation in Western Pennsylvania.
Departure Time:
Camp Freedom will serve as a “base camp” for the younger scouts, we are also offering Micro
Trek, a high adventure program.
Physical Info: Heath insurance companies usually provide for one (1) annual exam per year. Please
keep this form handy for when you arrange your summer camp and back to school exams. The troop
is required to turn in one (1) full set of forms for all attendees upon arrival at camp. We are also
required to keep one full set within our camp site. If your scout receives his exam after 1 July 2010,
he will need to turn in the original and one complete copy prior to departure on 1 August 2010.
